This beautiful villa looks straight out to sea, and there is a small cove at the end of the garden, as well as access to the coastal path which leads to the picturesque little port of Doëlan, which has a charming harbour side where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen. And it is only 3km from shops and a supermarket in the village of Clohars Carnoët. As well as its exceptional location right by the sea, the property is notable for its high level of comfort, after a recent renovation. A very large hot tub is at your disposal, as well as a sauna and a steam room, and there is a lovely sea view from nearly every room. (Reference B952)

Villa Lulu, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is uniquely located: just 3km from all the amenities of Clohars-Carnoët, it has a direct sea view from most of the rooms in the house and definitely adds a wow factor to soaking in the large hot tub.
This hot tub (heated to 37°C) with sea view is located in a room on the ground floor which also houses a sauna, steam room and a separate shower.

On the ground floor there is also a comfortable open-plan lounge, dining room and modern kitchen, as well as a laundry room and an independent WC.

The four bedrooms are upstairs along with the bathroom and another independent WC.

Tastefully decorated and with such an exceptional location, Villa Lulu is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday right on the coast.

Ground floor: open-plan living space comprising lounge with fireplace, dining room and kitchen; relaxation room with hot tub, steam room, sauna and shower; laundry; independent WC.
First floor: 4 bedrooms, two twin rooms with two 90cm x 200cm single beds, one room with bunk beds also measuring 90cm x 200cm, and one room with a double bed 180cm x 200cm; bathroom; independent WC. (The twin beds can be made up as a double, equally the double bed can be separated to make two singles – please request in advance).

Decking terrace of about 50m² leading to enclosed garden with lawn. Private parking.

The price includes:
Charges are included, water, electricity allowance (based on the average consumption of the house depending on the season), wood for the fireplace, linen and towels, one bathrobe per bathroom. Cot and high chair on request, changing table, stair gate may be reserved in advance subject to availability.

The price does not include:
Security deposit of €600, electricity in excess of the allowance (€10 per 100kw, to the nearest 100kw), tourist tax (€0.90 per person per day, free for children under 18 years), end of stay cleaning €150 to be paid on arrival (or you may choose to clean the property before your departure), supplement for additional bathrobes.
Beach towels for 4 € per towel.
Clean during the stay €26 per hour, book in advance.
