This attractive stone house has been recently renovated, including an extension where the rooms look out over the pool area. There is a brand new well equipped kitchen, two newly fitted shower rooms, a sitting area beside the fireplace, and another living room overlooking the pool. The terrace has sunbeds and outdoor dining furniture. The first floor was completely refurbished in 2016 and comprises 3 bedrooms. The house enjoys a very secluded countryside location, yet is just 1.5km from the centre of Plomeur with its shops, restaurants and a supermarket, and a few kilometres from the big beautiful beach of La Torche and the picturesque fishing port of Le Guilvinec. It is also not far from Pont-l’Abbé and Penmarc’h, emblematic places in the ‘Pays Bigouden’, widely considered the heartland of Brittany. (Reference B703)

Traditional stone house which was modernized during its renovation in 2008, including the construction of an extension centred around the pool area. A further major renovation has taken place in 2015, with a new kitchen, two shower rooms and the whole of the first floor being redone from scratch. Comfortably furnished, this bright and well-appointed villa is located in a peaceful spot, in the countryside but only a short distance from local amenities and shops.

On the ground floor is a living room of 35m² overlooking the pool area, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a sitting area by the fireplace. Also on this floor are a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a shower room, and a separate toilet with laundry facilities. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms: one with a 160cm double bed, the second with a single bed plus a truckle bed (both 90cm); and the third bedroom with bunk beds (two 90cm single beds). There is also a shower room and separate toilet on this floor.

Outside, there are two terraces to enjoy: one in front of the house covers 35m² and is complete with garden furniture; the other surrounds the pool and covers 40m², and is furnished with sun beds and outdoor dining table. The large garden comprises trees and a lawn of 4,000m², a 32m² swimming pool, and private parking for several vehicles.

Interior:
Ground floor: living room, kitchen-dining room with sitting area by fireplace, shower room, a bedroom (with 160cm double bed) with en suite shower room, toilet with laundry facilities.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed, one with a single plus a truckle bed (or these can be made up as a double) and one with two single bunk beds. Shower room and separate toilet.

Exterior:
Large garden with lawn and trees, two outdoor terraces, ample private parking.

The price includes:
Charges are included; household linen, sheet and towels (except beach towels) are provided, garden and pool maintenance, reasonable consumption of water and electricity.

The price does not include:
Security deposit of €600. The end of stay cleaning of €80.

The tourist tax is to be paid to the agency at the time of payment of the balance of the rental.
