Villa Les Galets is a very attractive and well-appointed modern home, where you can come to recharge your batteries and take advantage of the sea and the beach being close at hand as well as all that the city of Concarneau has to offer: its rich and harmonious heritage speaks for itself and you will be delighted with its range of shops and restaurants. A tidy garden separates the house from the street: with a few trees, it is mainly laid to lawn in order to benefit from the Breton sun and the mild summer weather. An ideal location for renewal and refreshment in Brittany.
This villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor is a bright and spacious living-dining room, as well as a kitchen where you can gather for a meal or an aperitif after the fun and rigours of a day by the sea. You will also find a WC and a garage on this floor.
Upstairs there are two suites, each comprising a double bedroom (160cm bed), a bathroom and a dressing room. There is an additional room linked to one of the suites, furnished with a sofa-bed (160cm bed).

Ground floor: separate kitchen, utility room, living-dining room, WC, storeroom.
First floor: two double bedrooms each with large dressing room and en suite facilities including WC (one with shower, the other with bath). Linked room furnished with a sofa-bed.

End of stay cleaning €150. Security deposit of €350, payable to the agency.
