Manor farmhouse dating back to 1501, with meticulously cut stonework typical of this area of north-west Brittany. The uniquely large stone basin is an original feature, a reminder of the building’s original purpose as a weaver’s cottage, although it has also served as a relay station. It was lived in until 1950, then abandoned for decades before major restoration began in 2003. It was restored by master craftsmen over a number of years using traditional materials and techniques. Hemp insulation, Commana slate. This exceptional property is truly a part of Breton heritage.

This property is a 16th century stone manor house, however offering all modern comforts. Renovated in 2006, facing south-south-east, it has retained its authentic appearance while enjoying the addition of contemporary facilities such as the heated swimming pool on the terrace within the garden. The interior also combines original and modern features.

On the ground floor there is the living-dining room with fireplace and TV and a well equipped American-style kitchen, and on the ground floor of the tower there is a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washer-dryer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (one 160cm wide, the other 140cm) and one with two single beds (90cm wide), also a bathroom with WC.

This characterful villa boasts a great location, not only with Roscoff just 12km away, but shops and restaurants at a mere 300 metres, and only 3km from beaches and a sailing club.

The price includes:
Charges included: reasonable consumption of water, electricity in July and August, household linen (sheets and towels), garden and pool maintenance.

The price does not include:
Security deposit of €500, end of stay cleaning €70, metered electricity outside the months from June to September, electric heating. Additional deposit of € 100 for animals.

Tourist tax details: 1.20 € per adult per day, to be paid to the agency at the same time as the final balance rental payment.
