Villa Argoat is a traditional stone residence, situated in a hamlet in the countryside near to Quimperlé, surrounded by fields with horses and by woodland. Following a full recent restoration, this ‘longère’ cottage is very comfortable, with a perfectly equipped kitchen, and with crockery, linen, furnishings and so on all of a high standard. The pool is heated and occasionally shared with the owners and their children when guests are out. The sea is 14km away, whilst supermarkets and the centre of Quimperlé are at 5km. (Reference B996)

This lovely stone villa is situated in the countryside in a small hamlet, within grounds of 18 hectares, which include a river, horses, megaliths, woodland… This beautiful residence has been recently renovated, in 2008. It has been furnished with taste and style, and is very comfortable.

On the ground floor the living-dining room is open-plan to the kitchen, an area of about 45m², plus a laundry room, a shower room and separate WC. Also a bedroom with double bed, 160cm.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (one with 140cm double bed and two with two 90cm single beds), a further shower room and separate WC.

Sliding glass doors give access from the living room onto the terrace with barbecue, parasol and garden furniture. Adjacent to the enclosed garden (approximately 450m²) is the enclosed pool area complete with sun loungers. The pool is accessible and visible from the owners’ house, and with the agreement of guests, the owners' children will also use the pool, when guests are not using it.

This villa truly offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay in the Breton countryside.

The price includes:
Linen (tea towels, sheets and towels provided but beds are not made up), garden and pool maintenance, reasonable consumption of water and electricity. Some wood for the fireplace. End of stay cleaning.

The price does not include:
Security deposit of €500.

The tourist tax is to be paid to the agency at the time of payment of the balance of the rental.
